command line – Unknown locale, assuming C – Error message in terminal

After working man, studying a handbook entry and shutting it, I obtain the next error

$ man curl # The handbook opens, I learn it, then shut
Unknown locale, assuming C
$ man zsh # The handbook opens, I learn it, then shut
Unknown locale, assuming C

The handbook pages work accurately, and may be browsed, however I do not know the place the error comes from, and it’s moderately annoying.

That is what I get hold of when working locale

$ locale
LANG=""
LC_COLLATE="C"
LC_CTYPE="UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES="C"
LC_MONETARY="C"
LC_NUMERIC="C"
LC_TIME="C"
LC_ALL=

Greater than fixing the error by modifying locale, I want to discover the supply of the error. Is it man or one thing else? Did anybody have the identical drawback?
I am utilizing Ventura 13.0.
